Crezlo Payment Terms

These Crezlo Payment Terms ("Payment Terms") govern the payments received from users ("Creators") for Crezlo's services, as well as the payouts made to Creators using Crezlo's monetization products. By using Crezlo, you agree to these Payment Terms in addition to our Terms of Use.
1. Payments to Crezlo (Subscription & Transaction Fees)
1.1 Subscription Fees
- Crezlo offers both free and paid subscription plans.
- Paid plans require upfront payment on a monthly or annual basis.
- Fees are clearly disclosed at the time of purchase and are non-refundable except where required by law.
1.2 Transaction Fees
- Depending on your plan, Crezlo may charge a transaction fee for sales made through the platform.
- Transaction fees will be deducted automatically from each sale before payouts are processed.
- The applicable fee structure will be displayed in your account dashboard.
1.3 Taxes
- You are responsible for all applicable taxes (e.g., VAT, GST, sales tax) associated with your payments to Crezlo.
- Crezlo may collect and remit taxes where required by law.
2. Payouts to Creators
2.1 Eligibility for Payouts
- Have a verified Crezlo account.
- Provide valid banking or payment details.
- Comply with all applicable laws and Crezlo policies.
2.2 Payout Schedule
- Payouts are processed on a weekly basis, subject to a minimum payout threshold of $25.
- Some payouts may be subject to a hold period for fraud prevention and dispute resolution.
- Crezlo reserves the right to delay or withhold payouts if fraudulent activity is suspected.
2.3 Payment Methods
- Payouts will be made via bank transfer, PayPal, Stripe, or other approved methods.
- Crezlo is not responsible for fees charged by third-party payment providers.
2.4 Refunds & Chargebacks
- If a customer disputes a payment, Crezlo reserves the right to deduct the disputed amount from your next payout.
- Excessive chargebacks or refund requests may result in account review, payout holds, or suspension.
2.5 Taxes on Payouts
- You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on payouts received through Crezlo.
- Crezlo may be required to withhold certain taxes based on your location and applicable laws.
3. Payment Disputes & Fraud Prevention
- Crezlo reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transactions.
- If fraud is detected, we may suspend payouts, limit account activity, or terminate services.
- Users may dispute incorrect payouts within 30 days by contacting Crezlo support.
4. Modifications to Payment Terms
- Crezlo may update these Payment Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the changes.
- Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-platform notifications.
